Jessica Noll
Jessica Noll, founder of The Mindful Toolbox, brings a rich and well-rounded background in early childhood development and therapeutic education to the Mini Music Maker workshop at Camp Coletrain.
This children’s mindfulness program is rooted in the mission to create a world where every child has tools to navigate life’s stressors. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Development and worked for several years as a behavioral therapist for children with Autism. She is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with an additional 200-hour certification in children’s yoga, specializing in mindfulness practices for kids and teens with diverse abilities and complex needs.
Her extensive training includes a 100-hour certification in Yoga Therapy for Youth, a trauma-informed yoga teacher training, and an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) bootcamp. Jessica’s approach blends principles of behaviorism with mindfulness, guided by her belief that every behavior stems from a need—and every child deserves individualized support to meet those needs.
She has worn many hats in her career—preschool teacher, nanny, after-school enrichment educator, and more. At Camp Coletrain, Jessica is thrilled to help young musicians connect with their bodies, minds, and emotions through a unique fusion of mindfulness and music. Her toolkit supports focus, regulation, confidence, and emotional resilience in every child she works with.
