Sorlles is a family-owned business that opened in the Fall of 2018 after remodeling an 1880’s building.  Sisters Kim and Sara own and operate Sorelle and you can truly feel their passion for feeding people delicious food.  Combined they have over 20 years in the restaurant before they fulfilled their dream of opening their own restaurant.  Many family members have influenced their recipes at the restaurant and they love nothing more than seeing people enjoying their food. They pride themselves on serving fresh, all-natural meats and cheeses along with house-made pasta dishes.

Established in 1972, River Runners is an essential part of the Chaffee County community which offers fully guided whitewater river trips on Colorado’s Arkansas River. River Runners supports our community by providing seasonal employment and performance opportunities to musicians. Families near and far look forward to enjoying outdoor concerts all summer long at The Riverside Grill which offers a ‘beach vibe’ dining experience where concert-goers can take in a show while also watching kayakers and boaters float along the Arkansas River. We are so grateful to have River Runners host this year’s Camp Coletrain Student Ensemble.

Elevation Beer Co. is an artisanal microbrewery located in Poncha Springs, Colorado just outside Salida.
